Since 2016, Karen Distribution has expanded its operations to the pharmaceutical distribution sector due to the development of its pharmaceutical portfolio by Karen Pharmaceutical Company. By distributing items from other manufacturers and importers, Karen Distribution has significantly grown its pharmaceutical portfolio. From its inception, the company obtained all necessary licenses from the Food and Drug Administration and has operated in compliance with GSP and GDP guidelines under the supervision of this organization. Among Karen Distribution's initiatives are the implementation of systems and the acquisition of the ISO 9001-2015 international certification for customer service automation and the development of warehousing and distribution infrastructure. The customer communication, satisfaction monitoring, and complaint handling processes at Karen Distribution are based on ISO 10002 and ISO 10004 standards, achieved through identifying needs, engaging stakeholders, and measuring satisfaction levels.
