Company History

**Karen Nationwide Distribution Company** began its operations in 2008 with the goal of introducing, distributing, and selling products from **Karen Pharmaceutical Company**.  

By 2016, with the establishment of **19 in-house branches** across the country and the support of **500 employees**, the company reached a significant milestone in business growth and customer service. It now distributes not only the pharmaceutical and supplement portfolio of Karen Pharmaceutical Company but also products from **over 50 manufacturers and importers**.

Since its inception, the company has obtained all required licenses from the **Food and Drug Organization**. It operates under strict compliance with **Good Storage Practices (GSP)** and **Good Distribution Practices (GDP)**, ensuring top-tier warehousing and distribution standards.

### **Quality Management and Certifications**  
Karen Distribution Company has implemented a **Quality Management System** and obtained the **ISO 9001:2015** international certification to enhance its customer service processes and infrastructure. Additionally, customer relationship management (CRM) processes are conducted according to **ISO 10002** and **ISO 10004** standards, focusing on identifying customer needs, addressing complaints, and measuring customer satisfaction.

The company employs **20 licensed pharmacists** who oversee quality assurance in storage and distribution processes at both the central warehouse and branch locations.
